Central Heating Boiler

 Automatic fuel feeding floor heating systems have been designed in such a way that it can burn every type of residue, nutshell and coal having the width of 25 mm. Our boilers are produced as totally cylindrical and in 11 models between 300,000 Kcal/h and 800,000 Kcal/h.Thanks to its wide bunker, rescues from coal loading as it deposits the fuel for two days Our heating boilers of high technology has been half cylindrically produced by means of special smoke tubes on a steel body, special turbulators to increase the performance of the heater, and totally welding construction.The operational principles of our boilers; by means of being three instantaneous and having a funnel cape, it provides the arrangement of chimney haulage; these two constituents aim at 30%  saving from the fuel as a result of the heat that is kept inside.Thick cast material is used considering the max. heat while the burning room of the boiler is designed. This spans the life of the boiler.The product control is made totally with a digital control unit and provides a comfortable usage to the user.The cover part of our boilers has been designed with a crane system which does not break joints and with a special flame baton for the inner part of the cover. Thanks to this feature of the product, the deformation of the cover is avoided.The isolation of the boiler has been produced from the glass wool isolation material and the heat loss has been reduced to the lowest level.

Ash Removal System:

This system removes the ashes (cinders) which occur in the burning room out of the machine, into bags or ash boxes by means of combing out both sides of the burning pot with its two screw augers. This feature of the product provides the user comfort.
